Misleading price and contradiction of CPA

I made an appointment with Schuch Orthopaedics on 18 July 2013 I was told that they could help me by supplying me protective boots for my feet. When I enquired about the price I was told not to worry about it as my medicail aid would pay the full amount. They measured my feet to be a UK 10 1/2 . I then told them that I wear thick socks and requested that the shoes are ordered in a size 11.
On 25 July 2013 I went back to collect the boots. They made a mistake and presented me with a pair of boots in size UK 9 1/2 . I did not accept the boots and asked them to rectify the situation.
They ensured me that they would rectify the situation and order me the correct size boots with no additional cost to myself or my medical aid. On 28 August 2013 I received a text from Schuch Orthopaedics informing me that my medical aid short paid them on the boots. They claimed that I need to pay in R3574-23 on the boots. I then phoned them immediately and told them that it is not in line with our agreement and asked them to cancel the purchase as I am no longer interested. I have now made several telephone calls to Schuch Orthopaedics to try and resolve this issue.
