Service rip-off

I just got back from having my car serviced and could go through the receipt is calm. What I pick is was crazy.

3.5 hour labour when I booked it in at 7:35 and got a call at 10:05 that is was done. That is 2.5 hours.
Consumables for R150. Did they use a Levis t-shirt to wipe the oil of their hands?
They asked if I wanted to change a blown brake light bulb for over R400 which I kindly declined.

And was then told that my 2010 car that was suppose to have a 5 year warrantee only had a 3 year warrantee.

This year they did manage to get me a driver to pick me up to collect my car, not like the previous 2 year when I had to fight with them.
