I had a burst geyser which is still under guarantee. My insurance, Santam informed Kwikot on 08/01/2013 regarding this, nobody has bothered to make contact with me. If it weren't for the fact that the geyser is still under warranty, this geyser problem could have been fixed by now by my insurance. I have been calling the whole morning to speak to someone at Kwitkot. All I get is incompetent people transferring me from one person to another. I then spoke to a Refilwe who told me unapologetically that the "call" has not been logged yet! I have assessors waiting for the geyser to be fixed first before they can give a full breakdown of the damages because Im sitting in a house wihout water & electricity supply since Monday? My roof had collapsed and all my furniture damaged. Can someone competent or who cares please look into this because I need to get my placed fixed. I left a a message for some "technical manager to call be back, its been 2 hrs now and I am stil waiting. This in not just unprofessional but very unacceptable for people to be treated like objects. Can they stay without water and electricity for so many days?
