I need my geyser fixed!

I called Ned-group insurance on Monday morning after a weekend of cold showers to report that the geyser they had replaced last year in February was faulty. The guy I spoke to told me that I have to get my own plumber since they don't cover components claims. I did that and the plumber replaced the components, i.e, coil and thermostat and plug. The water was still cold and i thought we should give it a day to see if it will eventually warm up with no luck. I called the insurance group this morning and was told by Morris that I should contact KWikot since they are the people that replaced the geyser, Kwikot say no contact Nedgroup and they will send them instructions. I phone back Nedgroup and Hoffman told me he'll get a senior manager to call me back because I've replaced all components and still the geyser is not responding. Its now 3 hours later no call, I phone again and spoke to Charne who tells me the same story about components and that I should send them a report from my plumber?? I need the problem attended to by your plumbers Kwikot who replaced the previous geyser because clearly their geyser is faulty!! DO NOT TELL ME ABOUT COMPONENTS BECAUSE THOSE HAVE BEEN REPLACED!
