We have had our home insurance with Absa for over 15 years, paid thousands in premiums, and have NEVER CLAIMED from them!!

Now after all these years, our geyser burst and we had to go through the claim process.
The incompetent consultant that is dealing with our claim can hardly speak English, and refuses to hand over the matter to his supervisor.
Kwikot only came out TWO days after the burst, to replace the geyser. Then immediately after they left, we had to complain as all of a sudden the geyser started leaking again. This time outside. Kwikot refuses to fix it, saying we have to inform Absa to send out other plumbers. Why the should we get other plumbers if the leak only occurred after Kwikot "replaced" our geyser?
Joseph from Absa gives us a different story every time we phone him, and in the meantime, we have to pay for the 5 litres of water that goes to waste leaking every hour.

Like I said, we never claimed once, and after being loyal customers for close to 20 years, this is the treatment we receive??!!

You need to URGENTLY contact us, to make arrangements to get the mess fixed. Either Kwikot, or other plumbers. I don't care! IT just has to be done URGENTLY!
