On Tuesday the 20th of August I called to book my boyfriend in for a full men's pamper session; shave, wax, cut etc. Your receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful. I specified that I would like to book for today, Sunday the 25th of August. We proceeded to book for 4pm. Upon arrival at your canal walk branch we were greeted by a less than pleasant receptionist. I gave her my details only to be told they cannot find our booking. With a second look we noticed that it had been erased. Instead of being told that we can be fitted in somewhere else we were given a blank look and NO apology for the inconvenience. Apparently that particular hair dresser no longer works for you so instead of us being moved to someone new we were erased without apology or even a simple phone call. Upon arrival of the second lady to the front desk there was still no apology just more excuses. I was horrified by the total lack of service and just blatant rude behaviour. We won't be back.
