Tan can fustration and bad service!!

On Sunday, I called to book for a Tan Can session. This call took 5:12 minutes just too book in which I asked was there any payment required and the receptionist responded; NO. Upon arrival I asked "where the Tan can was as it is the first time" being to Virgin Active Centurion. I was simply pointed to the pool area. I had to figure out to go through the bathroom which I was greeted to a locked door and cleaner said I must go to reception. I then went back to the reception and requested for someone to show me around as it was my first time there. The receptionist asked if I had a card..This is when I find out I needed a solarscape card and needed to put money on it. The receptionist then proceed to show me how to put money on the card instead of showing me around.. I simply walked out, disgusted in the service I just received!! Therefore I have a contract for bad service!!
