Rejected a Hair cut booking on 3 occasions

Before eid I wanted to book me an appointment to cut my hair, the weekend prior as eid was the Wednesday.
The receptionist, blonde white lady, probably mid 50s, advised me unable to assist because it was fully booked.
An hour from closing... So went back the evening before Eid, and again she gives me the same story so I left it.
This past weekend I wanted to cut my hair again, this is like 3pm, she again tells me no bookings as the salon only has one girl working, but its empty and nobody is busy and it doesn't take a hour to cut hair.

Please fire this lady totally unprofessional or is she.
