On Fri 5th July, I attempted to book a ticket to CPT online, firstly Kulula took the money but the ticket was not booked (which still hasn't been refunded) thereafter I managed to book tickets for a flight on saturday (6th) and to my knowledge it was a flight at 12:50, arrived at the airport to find out it had booked for an earlier flight which i had now missed. I went to the ticket desk for help in what to do, to not even being greeted, I had to beg for a lady's attention to find that she was just full of attitude and completely rude. I then sought after the manager whom didn't even have the courtesy of coming to talk to me but just told your consultant to tell me no i have to rebook and pay full price.. after being sent from one desk to another and back for useless info and no help i was then unable to book for the original flight i wanted because ticket sales had then closed.. I asked for a supervisor who as well had a terrible attitude and again was most unhelpful.. It has cost me just about r7000 just to get to CPT.. in the event that I felt that your people at least tried or cared a little to assist or help in any way I would have been okay with the loss, however i AM NOT!!!
