Hi All

I signed up a new contract for the TV deal at Kenilworth Centre on 20-06-2013 . I received my 1st call where I was advised the deal was declined, and after querying the matter I was then advised the deal has been approved. I then went to the store to collect the phone and deliver the TV license and all other docs which at the time was up to date, in store there was a whole issue with the activation which eventually was sorted.

The real issue here is that till today I have not received one call from the store regarding the TV delivery. I did a follow up with a guy Ivor who is constantly in contact with me trying to assist. The last call I received was on Monday where he advised the TV`s are out of stock and we are the 1st on the list once the stock arrives.

Today being the 20th August marks the 2nd month of the contact with full billing and all good has not been issued, unfear practice in my eyes. I demand that I be compensated somehow for all the Bad service received not to mention that I still don't have my TV which is part of the contract.(agreement not met)
