Blackberry 9790 WITH Bluetooth device

I am a VodaCom contract client and I have upgraded to a Blackberry 9790 deal at the Vodashop Rivonia Village on 4th of January 2013.

As part of a packaged deal, I should have received a Bluetooth device for this BlackBerry deal, as advertised in store.

I was advised by the store manager, that they do not have stock at the time and that they should be able to deliver the Bluetooth device within a day or two.

Ever since, I have followed up on the delivery of the Bluetooth device on a weekly basis and each time I was told that they do not have stock.

I find this unacceptable as this is now almost a month since the date of my purchase and no progress has been made on the delivery of the Bluetooth device ever since. They have also not contacted me to report on the status of Bluetooth devices since the date of purchase.
