I requested contact on the Cell C website for fulfilment on the advertised Iphone 5 Deal (R399 on Straight up 200) on the 9th of January. I was contacted by Kerry Minnie and advised that they expected delivery of phones in 2 weeks (uncomfirmed). Following up thereafter I was then advised by Kerry to fulfil the deal at a store as there was no stock and she had no indication of when stock would be arriving. This is very disappointing. Why does Cell C continue to advertise the deal if they have absolutely no idea of when they will be receiving stock??? And what is the point of setting up a direct channel if they then advise you to go to a store for fulfilment? I also requested that a manager be in contact with me to address my specific complaints (23 Jan) and was advised by Kerry that my request had been forwarded to a manager but so far I have heard nothing!!
