My phone was in for repairs but never returned

Upgraded my cellphone to a new Sony Experia J on 09/05/2013 and 3 weeks later i realised that the headphones were on low volume, i took the phone to the MTN repair centre in Midrand which was booked in on 05/06/2013 and i was advised that i should call the cellcentre number and get the waybill number (collection number) if the phones warranty assessment was approved of which it was. When i called the branch in Midrand on number 0838696773 with the collections number on 06/06/2013, i was advised that they do not have the phone in stock as they had moved to a new bigger store and i had to call on Monday again, which i did and i was again advised that the phone is still not in stock, i never called on Tuesday till Thursday and i only called today Friday and i was again advised that they do not have the phone in stock. Am i really suppose not to atleast sent to another store to collect the phone as it seem like Midrand store never have stock for this phone. i am a very irrate client right now as MTN wont think twice before they debit my account month end yet the service i am receiving from them is under par. i cant make or receive calls and am using someone elses Phone right now
