I did an upgrade on my cell phone contract. Opted for a Cell/TV deal. This was done around 28 July 2013. No feedback was received regarding the delivery on TV. I queried with this with the store on 05 Aug and was informed (Same day) that they were processing as we speak.
On 14 Aug I followed up and was informed that there is no stock and that there would be a 2 to 3 week delay. I advised that this was unacceptable and asked for an escallation point within MTNSP. The reponse to this was for me to contact their (MTN) supplier. I informed them that this was unacceptable as I am a MTN client and will not deal with thier suppliers.
I then contacted the MTN Customer Care centre and they gave me even more of a run around. They did however advise that the order was only placed on their supplier on 12 Aug by which time they were out of stock.
When I finally asked for a MTN escallation point from them (ON 15 Aug) they advised that they would refer it to the Regional manager and he/she would contact me as I cannot contact them. I was given a ref no. 20 Aug followed up as no contact was made. Ref no I was quoted was incorrect and still no response from Regional Manager.
