Contract not put through on time

Good day,

On the 29th of July I went in store to personally apply for the Combo Deal with Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus (S5301) and Samsung 32" LED TV on MTN AnyTime 100 for R189pmx24. This deal expired on the 31st. I asked Elaine, the store assistant, if it's possible to still get this deal, her reply: " Yes, just send me your docs (ID, payslip) today and I'll send you the papers to sign this afternoon. Within half an hour I sent her what she needed, on the 29th. I phoned her the next day to follow up, she told me it's in progress... Only on the 5th of August I received an email with the contract to be signed, I responded within 40mins. On the 8th she eventually notified me that the contract went through and I could collect the phone on Saturday, the 10th. I didn't have time on Saturday so I went there on Monday, the 12th. Apon my entrance in the store, she and the other assistant both ignored me and I had to say "Hello? I'm here to collect my phone??? " To which she just said, "Oh, it still needs to be activated, I'll send it to you once it's ready" Today, 15th, she informs me it's ready but the deal is R239 pm. Due to her negligence, I've lost my deal. I'm highly disgusted!!!
