DEVIATING FROM CODES OF CONDUCT

I have had 7 calls, 1 email and 2 sms's from VVM consultants in two days to "remind" me of my final balance due of R566.00.
Add another 2 calls to that, that i have not anwsered, while writing this report!!! In the 2 years i am paying my RCS account i have never ever omitted to pay my installment but yet they choose to call you every second day!!! Do they not need to abide by codes of conduct where harassment is concerned??? I dont have a problem with the once a month reminder. Makes one wonder if they need money because i have defnitely not got such a short term memory that i need to be reminded 3 weeks prior and daily before my next payment is due..
VVM you are the worst "legal" orginisation i have ever come across!!!
