VVM has been collecting from me on behalf of Metropolitan Municipality after a call I recieved from them last year around April 2012. This was odd because there was no call or letter from the Municipality that there was a problem with my account and that they were handing me over. To cut a long story short I have had it with consistant calls and SMS's with each call center agent giving me a different version of my account status- My opening balance in April 2013 was R1336.86 - dated 22/04/13 and I had made a payment of R500.00 on the 10/04/13 and another payment of R500.00 on the 02/05/13 and theses should have reduced my balance to R336.86 plus monthly payments still due to the Municipality. Suddenly my outstanding balance as of today is R2636.90. How so??? I need a detailedreconciled account so I can make a payment and have this account reffered back to the Munic.--The account number is:550270770 Please HELP as I have really had it with VVM! I need to have this nightmare soughted so sanity can prevail and looking forward to not recieving any calls, SMS' s from VVM! I will be making a payment when I recieve the statement to put this nightmare behind me
