Mistaken identity

My cell number has been used by a guy (a stellar individual by the name of Alfred Ntabeng) who is raking up debt all the time, all over the place. The latest company to hound me for his unpaid Capitec debt is MBD. Despite calling the call center, explaining the issue, and asking for my number to be removed, they keep on sending me SMS's demanding payment. Posting a complaint here (and I see I am not the only person moaning about these guys) seems to be the only way to get some response and resolution, so here goes.
