Very Poor Skills in Liasing with Customers

The supplier did nothing more than harass me personally immediately and repeatedly after the account in the name of my business Austinview Kennels became due for payment... a mere R450.00. Based purely on the fact of this unneccessary harassment when the account was not even a few days overdue, the account in principal was delayed for payment (and paid) due to the suppliers pathetic conduct. Due to the suppliers conduct they were advised verbally and by email that the payment would be made later. The supplier, Just There a local Midrand publication represented by Yvette found it prudent to complain frivolously to Hello Peter. Well in the same token based on Just There's conduct, I too after such unneccessary personal harassment when an account was only a few days overdue have lodged a complaint with HelloPeter complaing about a company which should treat their clients with respect.
