INCOMPETENCE

We have been PESTERED with SMS's for the past 5 months. The account in question has been liquidated through a Trustee 7 years ago. These un educated "operators" to whom one speaks to when calling in to clear up the situtation, is a thick as bricks. They have no idea how to assist other than to tell you " You owe so now you must Pay" I have asked to speak to a Supervisor - another JOKE. I wrote on the MDB's web page - still waiting a reply. Yet their mission statement refers to words " Integrity - Innovation etc- What a laugh a minute. The SMS''s have resulted in warning at work as well and legal action will also be persued.
Not sure what the quality of "operators" are demanding payment yet are tooo lazy to check the ID on the NCR. The account was liquidated 7 years ago- " ANCESTROL SPIRITS" looking for compensation
