Irrelevant billing

My mother received a letter yesterday (25/07/13) stating that you had sent her numerous letters and she had failed to respond, surprisingly nothing came in our mailbox before this current letter.what i fail to understand is why you are billing her for an account/contract that came to an end over 2 years ago when her bank account had been debited on a monthly basis for 24 months with the agreed amount she had signed up for.i don't know whether the mistake with you or cell c, but you both need to get your facts straight before getting people blacklisted unnecessarily.and you still charge a cost of the letter you sent to her for a non-existing account... really!!!
