I have received two sms's from JM Attorneys stating that my random account payments on my account are not accpetable and I needed to call an 0113174302 to make a proper arrangement. I called them today as I received my second sms last night. I did not know what it was all about the first time I received the sms as I knew Health and Raquet liquidated years ago...

The call centre consultant told me I owed them R1500 for an outstanding payment from 2000! It is now 13 years later. I have not had a single letter or phone call from them. I have applied for two bonds since then... I checked my credit record on Transunion and I am in the clear! They claimed to have contacted me via letter at a piece of land I owned more than five years ago. I know how real track and trace works... you get ther person's details right! I am sceptical of a supposed 13 year old debt that has appeared out of nowhere and with not warning whatsoever! Especially for liquidated company! I see there are other people complaining to you about the SAME PROBLEM!!!
