JM Attorneys - Payment Due

Today I received an SMS from JM Attorneys, threatening to log a trace alert on my credit profile. I gather I am one of many! The SMS demands payment for a Health & Racquet club account. As we all know Leisurenet was liquidated around 2002.

Now I tried to call the callcentre and the phone get cuts of the entire time!

Please can you set out the basis of the claim!
Please can you send me my contract!

- a 6-year period is applicable to a debt arising from a bill of exchange or other negotiable instrument/notarial contract!

- Also tell me what forms of action have been undertaken in the last 10/12 years.
