13 years late

I opened an account with Edcon 13 years ago, paid it up in full and moved oversees for 8 years. Suddenly last year I get contacted by RL Daly attorneys and they say I owe them money.

To clear this I need to pay immediately. Naturally I do not still have proof of payment and they are demanding it. What a joke. I keep getting emails threatening legal action. Surely 13 years down the line there should be another route I could take to resolve this. When I call no one is willing to help me and they just say I must pay.

you, it was paid in full in 2001/2002. Sue me then, I have had enough and have refused to shop there since this issue suddenly arose and will continue to do so. You get better service from TFG
