MFC a bunch of lazy employees

Every month for the past 4 years I have been making a payment for my car on the 26 th of each month. And every month I will get a call to send the proof of payment. Which I have been doing, while pointing out my irritation. But lo and behold, I get a call again next month, What are they actually employed to do? Call clients and irritate and inconvenience them? they just too lazy to check their account records properly? Sorry but I wont make it easy for you anymore, do your job you get paid to do and check your records properly, also take into consideration, that the 26th and 27th might have been a Sunday or public holiday, so give it time to clear... stop calling me for a proof of payment! Its been 4 years already, and I have never missed a payment!
