Ref: 1126016461 for R2759.33 (including the R22 x 2 per call charges to me for actually responding to the SMS and calling them). Absolutely ridiculous and considering the level of incompetence of the staff it is almost laughable.

All I can again echo together with the hundreds out there that has and will still log complaints against this farce is: Leisurenet was liquidated around 2002.

Neither JM Attorneys nor any other collector has any legal claim to this debt which is extinguished by prescription and most definately not 12 years later. Get real and stop wasting our time here. What makes it more laughable is that I have had the same cel no for the past 10-12 years and despite the hundreds of attempts on their side (if you believe the statement) they only now after 12 years managed to get a SMS to me. Stunningly insulting in this world of technology. Still reporting this to the Consumer Council in the morning.
