POOR SERVICE AND NON DELILVERY

I had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with Netflorist in ordering a Valentines gift for my husband. I ordered the gift on 11 February, all was confirmed for delivery on the 14th. During the 14th I phoned to make sure all was still in order, they confirmed I am second in line it will be delivered by 14h00. Imagine my surprise when I got home that evening and my husband walked in with no gift. I emailed them just before 17h00 informing them to cancel the gift as I don't want a Valentines gift to be delivered on the 15th. On phoning the next day the lady informed me that the order has not been cancelled and that they are on their way to deliver it. I told her that my husband will not be at the office and that they should cancel the order as per my email. I further asked for a verbal/written apology as I find their lack of service and feedback unacceptable and highly frustrating. Needles to say that till today (Tuesday) nobody has contacted me to apologise. I phoned them again at 13h00 trying to speak to a supervisor or manager The call centre agent politely told me that they are all on lunch and that I need to phone back!!! This is not the first oder but will be the last I place!
