THANKS TO WOOLWOTHS NO VALENTINE GIFT FOR HUBBY

On the 11th of Feb, I have placed an order, a Valentines gift for my husband, via the Woolworth's on-line shopping website. There are different delivery time slots you can choose from and I opted for the 14:00 - 17:00 time-slot as for the 08:00 - 14:00 time slot was already full. At 16:00, Valentines day, I contacted the call centre as for my husband did not yet received the gift I have ordered. The lady working at the call centre phoned the driver whereby he said he will not be able to make it for 17:00 as for he is stuck in Langa. The problem is that my husband is only working untill 5, I explained to her, but it is if they just don't care. I mean they should know better, it is Valentines Day, why did'nt they arrange for more drivers to do the deliveries for Valentines day. I then ask them if they can deliver to my house as for they could not deliver on time to my husband's work, but they said that it is impossible. SO THANKS TO WOOLWORTHS SA, today is the 15 FEB, Valentines DAY has come and go and my husband still don't have a gift. This is really a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT to me and spoilt my whole Valentine's Day! I was really exited to surprise him and all al he got was NOTHING!
