Goods not delivered on time, no response from them

I ordered a gift on 11/12/2013 to be delivered on the 13th. I phoned on the afternoon of the 13th and the call agent said ram is going to email the driver to find out where the parcel is. The agent said he would call me back. He never did! I phoned again on Saturday morning at about 9:25 and the call agent advised that the cargo was delayed and will only be delivered on Tuesday the 18th. I advised the guy this is NOT acceptable as the person who the parcel is for will be back in Gauteng by then!
He advised me that he would see what he can do and get back to me. He never did! I tried to phone at about 11:20, again at 11:30 and twice more before 12 when your office closes and there was no reply! I am disgusted with the service from netflorist... the parcel was for a close friend's birthday which was on the 14th and now she didn't get her gift! The courier phoned and I said cancel the order. Despite numerous emails to netflorist since then, nobody has bothered to respond to me!
