I ordered a gift through Netflorist for my husband to be delivered to his company on the 14th. The 14th came and went and nothing was delivered. I called Netflorist on the 15th and Nelson said that they had too many deliveries, but assured me it would be delivered on Friday, 15th.
Friday 15th came and went and still no delivery.
I called again on Saturday, 16th and was told that the gift was delivered to the incorrect branch of the company to a person with the same name as my husband (not true). Either Netflorist is lying to me, or the courier company is lying to Netflorist as there is is only one branch of my husband's company in Alberton!
I was told that my name and number would be given to the courier company to call me to explain. I know that call will never materialse - same as the gift.

This was supposed to be a special Valentine's Day, and now it is spoilt. If something is delivered this late, it will seem like an after thought.

What a waste of money. I should have used another supplier that would have delivered on time.

Netflorist - you need to up your game and be honest. Dont bite off more than you can chew.
