On 27/03/2013 I arranged for a gift basket of beer and snacks to be delivered to a colleague. The delivery was scheduled for 3/04/2013. I ran into my colleague on 15/04/2013 and asked them how they liked the gift. There was no gift. I phoned netflorist and was told that their courier broke the beer bottles and that they (netflorist) was never informed. They arranged for another delivery to take place 10/04/2013. So that's almost two weeks to get a gift to someone.

I don't have a problem with Netflorist so much, but rather their communication with their courier. They must keep closer tabs on what their courier is doing. Also, I don't buy the "broken bottles" story the courier gave. I looked like a fool to my colleague and netflorist ruined the surprise. Where's the fun in knowing you're going to get a present?

A verbal apology was given, but how about a discount voucher or free flowers? In all fairness netflorist have been great so far with punctual deliveries. Just take a closer look at your courier.
