I placed my order on the 12th Feb to be delivered on the 14th Feb. This did not materialise and I was left embarrassed with my better half. I called them on the 14th and telephone lines were conveniently down. Called Netflorist on the 15th and was promised delivery with a sad box of chocolates. I was told that this was going to happen within the hour and still no delivery. I did call again on the 16th to check what is going on. I was promised delivery again on Saturday with an alternate address. No delivery again. I called their offices again and asked for my refund as after a week of the event, this will be embarrassing for my better half to receive the gift a week after V-Day. They tell me that my refund will be processed in 3-5 days and that I need to wait. This is very disturbing as I was going to use the refund to buy another gift which would be immediately given to my better half. I am disgusted with the service of Netflorist and the service and credibility has degenerated to b and.
