REQUESTED A REFUND 9 DAYS AGO!!!

I placed an order over the internet to send a delivery for a birthday. Delivery was to be on the 29th of March! I cancelled due to the person not being around on his birthday and was promised that my refund would be done 4-7 working days. This was last week Monday already! I have now called in 5times to query my refund. First I was told, the cancellation was not done by Kazlee, another agent said he sent the request through and I will get a confirmation email, nothing! Lorn said it would be done by during the week. Why must I wait 2 weeks for my refund when I was told it takes up to 7 working days!!! This is pathetic! I have placed 2 more orders with Netflorist and have a good mind of cancelling these orders as well! They dont seem to care about their clientelle! I will Hellopeter netflorist as often as I can until I get my refund!
