Worst service ever!!!

I ordered roses on the 26th November for delivery on the 7 december at approximately 10am. called the call centre to confirm my order and to get an approximate time of delivery. told me that my flowers had been outsourced to a florist about an hours drive from the delivery address, gave me the florists name but refused to give me their contact details so as to get an approximate time of delivery. I googled the florist and called them up myself only to be told the earliest if I'm lucky is to get them delivered is 12pm. Called NetFlorist back, was told by the agent that their deliveries on a Saturday should take place before 12 and would follow up and let me know. Long story short, about 10 phone calls later, holding on the line for half an hour, receiving no follow up phone calls from NetFlorist, no manager on duty to speak to and being 11:30 the day with no one in the company able to tell me anything about the progress of my delivery. The outsourced company telling me they received the order late from NetFlorist and I was in the latter half of the list for delivery for the day and had not receive any phone calls from the agents even though they were open til 11pm the night before
