Bad and poor service

Placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentines day... Delivery didnt happen on that day and no calls or follow up made to say when will it be done.. The attitude? am sorry.. we can give you refund..

My question:- When we place an order and the company cant deliver on that day they should advise before hand.. not post the date?

Their poor service and lack of meeting customers promise meant my wife was disappointed.. In 13 years of my marriage this was the first time this happened that she has no flowers...

I guess this was my last time i ever used these bunch of rude, arrogant and disrespectful people.. And to those who want to use them.. Be careful... What has happened to me.. can happen to you as well..
