Incorrect Delivery done and caused embarassment

I ordered a hamper from Netflorist, called the Lindt Galore Hamper. To my knowlegde once the package was received by the person i was sending it to, they had thanked me for the chocolates and then i asked him to send me a pic of the chocolates. Once i received the picture, it was noted that the hamper looked like a kiddies pack. Totally embarassed, i didn't know what to say as this was delivered to a corporate company. To my dismay, Netflorist refusely apologised and said it would be corrected. They promised a box of ferraro chocolates and noughat for the confusion as they confirmed delivery was packed incorrectly. The delivery was suppose to take place the following day and the incorrect delivery was suppose to be collected on the same day, yet that still did not happen. The following morning i cancelled the order as i realised that they are incompetent and did not want to cause myself anymore embarassment. They confirmed the order was cancelled and that the other package would be collected. Instead the correct package was delivered after cancelling the order and again embarassed as i cancelled the order. They are not prepared to refund me for the incompetence, as if its my fault.
