How can you charge a massive premium for flowers on the day and fail to deliver them?
Your call centre was not responding, the line was dead
Sent 2 emails and got no response
Please do not deliver the flowers tomorrow, too late
On valentines day, surely you need to get the flowers out ASAP in most cases, if you cannot, then don't make promises you can't keep
Spoiled the day
