On 2 Dec 2013, I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary. On 4th Dec, I took photos of the flowers that were "dead' already.

My wife was so disgusted in these flowers and I was reminded daily. I was not going to complain but due to my wife insisting as this was not the first time that disgusting flowers had been delivered. I then complained to NETFLORIST on 11 Dec 2013.I got a reply from Shoulin Kaars offering me a R100 voucher off my next purchase. I replied that I will not be accepting the R100 voucher as this is not the first time that my wife was unhappy. I have been supporting Netflorist for a number of years but they need to take responsibility for what they are selling to the public. I have not had another reply from anyone at Netflorist. So there after sales service becomes as disgusting as their flowers...
