On Friday (16 August 2013) I bought flowers for my wife, same day (Friday evening) 5 roses had died and by Saturday afternoon 4 more had died and some of the leaves had dried out. Previous orders of flowers I made with NetFlorist stayed fresh for over four days. To a certain extent this spoiled my surprise as the roses barely lasted for 24 hours upon purchase. Upon this happening I sent two emails to Netflorist with no response called them about 5 times and all they made is promises with no action. Up until today nobody has called just to acknowledge or apologise.
