Ruined Valentines Day - no refund on anything

Not only did NetFlorist fail to deliver my flowers on Valentines Day, but when I called to request compensation they told me that because I'd accepted the flowers from the driver they weren't liable to give any refund.

The order was placed well within the time frame. Their attitude is disgraceful and their service even more so.

I hope they go out of business because of this.
