Inability to follow instructions

I ordered flowers for Valentine's day, and placed a special instruction that they were not to be delivered before 15:00. A delivery was attempted at 13:50, and no-one was at home, obviously why the instruction was placed. As a result the flowers were not delivered on due date, and I have now contacted NetfForist to instruct that today they must be delivered before 13:00. I was informed that the florist will TRY for this. I find this unacceptable, considering the original delivery (which is pointless now, since it is no longer Valentine's day) was fouled up due to their error, and all I now get is a promise that maybe they'll deliver today. If it is delivered after 13:00, it will be yet another failed delivery. Certainly my last purchase from this supplier.
