Netflorist confuse people with their useless online booking system. I ordered a hamper for my girlfriend this morning with the next delivery date of same day, i was therefore under the impression that this would have been delivered on the same day only to find out that the delivery would only take place the following day. This is highly frustrating as it was imperative that the order went out the same day. It makes no sense whatsoever that the delivery date does not automatically default to the next delivery date specified when making bookings. This is something small that Netflorist should have sorted out a long time ago in order to avoid dissapointed its customers. I called the call centre to insist on a same day delivery but they were unwilling to assist. I doubt i will make use of their services again.
