BAD SERVICE!!!

I am utterly disappointed in the service I received from NetFlorist. I ordered a hamper for my Fianc? for Father's Day. It was delivered on the specified date. But when I got home that evening, I discovered that the package was incorrect. I was sent a Snack Attack hamper instead of a Attack hamper. I called NetFlorist the following morning and informed them of this error and asked that they send me the right package and to do it before Father's Day (the following day). I was then told that it was not possible and that would only get delivery on the Wednesday. 3 days AFTER Father's Day. What's the point in that? I was furious. I was then left with no other option but to go to the mall with my 2yr old son on Saturday afternoon and find something else for my Fianc? I had asked that the Manager contact me so that I could lodge a complaint. And nothing, not one phone call to apologise for the inconvenience. Then Tuesday morning I get a call from a man named Christopher at the customer services department and says I can have the item the following day. I asked for a refund which I have yet to receive and needless to say they collected the incorrect package on TUESDAY!
