On13/11/13 I called Netflorist to place an order for a t-cup flower arrangemnt, but because I wanted it delivered in mafikeng, the guy said that it wont be possible as mafikeng florist wont have the teacups, i settled for a hamper for my mother's birthday that was the following day (14/11/2013). I was very happy with the service i got that day when ordering from Sheldon. He said i make the deposit b4 1H30pm in order for it 2 delivered the next day. At exactly13H16pm I sent confirmation of payment & everything was in order. Or so I thought. With great disgust and regret, it was never delivered to her on her birthday as i followed up with her the whole day. On the 15/11/2013, just after 8am i calld netflorist & spoke to Miya & asked to speak to Sheldon, he was unavailable, so i enquired with Miya about the delivery. She told me to hold on and i was probably on hold for15mins before i got fed up & dropped the phone in the hope that she would call me back as they had my contact details. They havent called or apologised for the poor service.i had to call a 2nd tym with the same cold attitude. I was told it was going to b delivered 2day, which dfeated the purpose. I cancelled my order.they are pathetic.
