Waiting TWO months for refund

I ordered and paid for a delivery worth R859.90 in December. In January I found out the hamper was not delivered as the address was incorrect. NetFlorist never informed me! I requested a refund. I have since followed up THREE times for my refund. It has still not been done. So out of desperation I am now putting the complaint here.
