ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING!!

I am so disappointed at their absolute lack of tact and service delivery today. I arranged for a cute chocolate hamper to be sent to my mum today, the day before ''Womens Day' which is a public holiday, more specifically it contained a little cushion that read: 'A MUM PUTS LOVE INTO EVERYTHING SHE DOES' - I wanted my mum to get this on the day before Womens Day and went to the extent of placing the order a couple days in advance with specific orders for the item to be delivered before 11am. its now 12:30pm and if I hadnt called NetFlorist to query why my hamper hadn't been delivered on time I would of not been informed that they could not deliver my hamper as they was a delay with the courier. When I took it up further with the supervisor I was then informed that they had no stock in Durban and will only be able to deliver this hamper on Monday. I am absolutely livid, Firstly if I hadnt called to query the delay myself I would not have been informed and secondly, having the hamper being delivered on Monday defeats the whole purpose of the sending the hamper the day before Womens Day! Because of this they are now going to send through a chocolate hamper - really sentimental hey!
