What a disappointing experience. Easy order and payment process, but zero response and responsibility from that point on. I had a special request to change the stain colour on the legs of the sofa... 9 phone calls later, I still didn't have an answer as to whether this was possible or not. I had to do all the following up, after they said they would get back to me by the end of that day. I was told this every time I called, and no phone call by the end of the day! 3 weeks later I was told that the sofa had already been made and the stain could not be changed. Maybe if the query had been dealt with right from the first phone call, I could have got the sofa I wanted in the correct stain.

After been told that the sofa was already made, I assumed that the delivery would be prompt and on time... Guess what, 2 weeks after the supposed delivery date, I get told that the sofa is still at the supplier! What a joke! Delivery date was changed twice from said date. After calling again to follow up: the response I got was that there is a 50/ 50 chance that it will arrive on a certain date. It did not arrive. I am still awaiting delivery.

I will never order from 5 rooms ever again.
