I purchased a Murano glass and crystal charm bracelet from City Slicker for R299.00 paid for it money out of my account on the 29/10/13, it states give 14-21 days for delivery of the item. on the 12/11/13 i get a email telling me

"We regret to inform you our suppliers have experienced a quality issue with the stock and had to re-order some items on this deal. Rest assured, you will receive your purchased item, with tracking details, as soon as it is available for delivery. Please expect a 2 - 3 week delay in delivery."

I bought this item as a christmas gift now i get the above email. i've tried calling numerous times but no luck getting through i emailed them and they inform me to be patient. I want an exact date of when i am getting my product else i want a FULL refund of this item so i can get my mother another gift.

Can someone assist me in trying to get hold of them and get a manager to call me or the supplier.
