5Rooms don't delive

I am now so fed up with these people! Everyday a new promise with them! They promise to, but they never do.
I ordered a specialty item from them, noting that delivery would take a bit longer than usual, date of delivery was supposed to be 7 October - I finally received my item on 21 October.
Then the item was not the same colour as it was advertised on their website. I immediately sent a return request. I was advised that my money would be refunded once the item is back in their storage unit - which is fair by me. What irritates me is that they never send somebody to come and collect the lamp meaning that you can never get your money back! I drive with these huge boxes in my car daily hoping that these people will pick it up today - but today has never come!
Then because of the awful service Alana in the call centre advised that she would go ahead with the refund although the courier company hasn't picked up the lamp but no today again it's another story, now I have to wait for the lamp to be picked up again - so when are you going to send somebody???
NEVER BUY FROM THEM! Unless you are sure you want to keep your item!
