I made a purchase on 20 November 2013 for a Punching Bag for my sons B-day, only coming up on the 3rd of January 2014.
Delivery read 14 - 21 days. So I figured that's fine
When I returned from Holiday and contacted City Slicker about the delivery on 24 December 2013, I was told that delivery will not take place as the Supplier do not have any stock.
Their reply read "We regret to inform you that due to the limited quantity on the deal purchased - 9846 "
But when I checked the City Slicker website only 19 items was sold in total

Groupon Sold the same item a week later, sure their customers got their items

I will not buy from City Slicker again.
Hope I will get my refund within a reasonable time, noticed there are allot of complaints in that regard
